Michael has a rich background in many arenas. Apart from coaching executives at Fortune 500 companies and startups,  Michael sits on a board of directors for a non-profit that provides leadership training for children and teenagers, has co-founded businesses, conducted research in psychological science, facilitated many trainings and workshops,, and taught mindfulness meditation in many contexts (including online). Michael lives with his wife and two daughters in Boulder, Colorado. When he is not working, Michael is usually exploring the outdoors with his family, spending time with his community, experimenting in the kitchen, or is in his garden.
